  The company raised $4 million from the Initial Public Offering Prospectus and was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 20 October 2006. During the period since listing, the company has commenced exploration on all three projects detailed in the Prospectus. Encouraging drilling results have been obtained from the initial program completed at the Greenvale project in Queensland.
